Expansion packs for Infinite Dungeon Crawler

Infinite Dungeon Crawler Frequently Asked Questions

What type of game is Infinite Dungeon Crawler?

Infinite Dungeon Crawler (IDC) is a turn-based, immersive and very re-playable RPG made for mobile devices and PC’s.  You can battle tons of monsters and customize your characters in ways you wouldn’t believe. That’s one of our favorite parts of the game. Lovers of Dungeons & Dragons will feel very at home with our extensive choices for weaponry, classes, and stats.

So I’ve played other dungeon crawlers.  What makes this one different?

IDC revolves around one character that represents you.  You get to build the character, choose their gender, race (human, dwarf, half-goblin, or 3 types of elves), customize their facial features/height/body size, etc..  There is a lot of customization involved.  You then recruit characters in town to join your expeditions, typically rounding out your party with different class types (e.g., Mage, Paladin, Rogue, etc.).  You control your character and the NPC’s for the most part.

Next, you start delving into dungeons to explore new worlds, fight monsters and collect loot.  As your characters level up, you’ll gain skills and abilities, as well as be able to afford better and better gear.  There are a ton of abilities to choose from, depending on your class.

So at this point, you’re thinking “you just described every RPG”.  True.  But here’s where things get different from other dungeon crawlers.

The worlds are randomly generated, and they are quite diverse.  So each time you enter a dungeon, it will be different.  And with about 30 different types of monsters, there is enough variety to keep things interesting (if you add in all DLC content, there are about 120 monsters).

The graphics are an isometric view, not top-down or side-scroller.  So you get a depth of view that you don’t get with other games, as well as a bigger area of play to strategize during combat.

The “basic” game is a natural, green forest-type world with mountains, rivers, and trees.  But we will have several affordable expansion packs that add on new worlds with new monsters (an ice world, a true dungeon with dark halls and rooms, a fire world, etc.).  We plan to release additional expansion packs on a regular basis to keep the game fresh.

Where can I play it?

Infinite Dungeon Crawler was released on Steam in June of 2021.  A version for Android devices is available on Google Play. No currently plans for iOS (sorry).

Who made Infinite Dungeon Crawler?

One guy who really loves gaming! The developer has been a professional programmer for 20+ years but has done various smaller games along the way mostly for fun.  This is his first, big commercial release and he’s worked on it pretty much full-time for several years.

Is it on Google Play or Steam yet?

It is currently in open beta on Google Play.  Just search for ‘Infinite Dungeon Crawler’.

On Steam, https://store.steampowered.com/app/1525900/Infinite_Dungeon_Crawler/ or search for “Infinite Dungeon Crawler” and you’ll see our storefront.  You can also choose to follow us on Steam.

If I have an issue, can I contact someone?

You can use the button below to use a form to contact us via email (please, no spam. Seriously. No spam. I won’t read it or respond, you’re just wasting your time and mine).  But a good place to get more information is the Steam discussion forum, which can be found here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1525900/.  That is a great forum to ask questions and look at questions that have been asked before (even if you’re playing the Android version).
